Xeomin (botulinum neurotoxin type A) is recommended as an option for treating chronic sialorrhoea caused by neurological conditions in adults according to NICE TA 605.

Caution: Due to unit differences in the potency assay, unit doses for different brands of Botulinum A toxin are NOT interchangeable.
