Drug Safety Update
Cyproterone: hepatoxicity including jaundice, hepatitis and hepatic failure has been reported (usually after several months), in patients treated with dosages of 100mg and above. LFTs should be performed before treatment and also if symptoms suggest liver toxicity. The drug should be withdrawn if confirmed.
